Glenway Farms II was founded in 2023, by myself, owner: Glen (Dagan) Spink.

My great grandfather, Glen Hester, whom I am named after, owned Glenway Farms: a large cattle, tobacco, and game bird farm in Robertson Co. KY. He passed away before I was born, however his wife, my great grandmother, Jannette Hester was an important part of my life growing up. Visiting the farm was the center of all my favorite childhood memories. From hunting, exploring the creeks, rummaging through the barns, fishing, and more. When I was a teenager, my great grandmother passed away and after issues within the family, the land was sadly sold rather than passed down. Fast forward nearly a decade later and I purchased my first home with a sizable enough yard to farm. After much consideration for the name for my farm, I decided, just as I was named after my great grandfather, to commemorate his farm by naming mine after his. Thus, Glenway Farms II was born!

 

While it may not be near the size of my great grandfathers farm, I very much enjoy the time I have spent and the memories I have already made, turning Glenway Farms II into a functional farm to create products for you! I thank you and look forward to your business.
